Human Factors is applicable to the fields of Computer Science and Design in many ways. We research how humans interact with interfaces and apply the findings to improve upon various factors influencing these interactions. This can include anything from reducing errors or mistakes in usage to streamlining work flow. The ultimate goal is to use design principles and behavioral theories founded through research to optimize human well-being, system usability, and overall system performance.Come to our cookout to learn more about HFES!
